Introducing the
Mokupet FAVN Test Kit
Hawaii is the only rabies-free state in the U.S., so every cat and dog must pass a FAVN rabies antibody test before entry, proving they are protected against rabies. Without a passing result, they may face up to 120 days in quarantine.

I had such a great experience with Mokupet! The entire process was incredibly easy, and everything I needed to do was clearly explained and instructed. The notifications and updates throughout the process were also amazing—it made me feel confident that everything was being handled correctly and kept me informed every step of the way!
The staff was wonderful, the product was amazing, and the price was fantastic. Mokupet ended up saving me about $600 compared to the other options I was looking at, which was a huge savings for my 2 dogs. I’m so glad I found them and would absolutely recommend Mokupet to anyone who needs this service! ❤️
OMG! Mokupet was SO great every step of the way. For us locals in Hawaii, FAVN tests are CRAZY expensive (my vet was going to charge $700). So thanks to ChatGpt, I was pointed to Mokupet, where my COMPLETE, ALL-IN FAVN test came in at a total of $210! Of course, I was nervous, especially as Mokupet's first Oahu client! But my anxious emails were responded to quickly and my hand was held all the way. If you've gone thru ANY Hawaii AG requirements, you know how time sensitive and nerve-racking the entire process is. (Hawaii Agriculture and Quarantine staff work hard, so don't get mad at them - they keep our island safe from invasive creatures) My entire experience with my FAVN / Mokupet was seamless! Connie and Mokupet are FANTASTIC - please support and trust this young, local, island-grown business!
OMG! I love this company, I was so stressed about getting my fur baby to Hawaii with me but they made it so much easier and helped whenever I needed.
Mokupet made the FAVN process so much easier and less stressful for us! We’re moving to Hawai‘i with our two Frenchies, and the kits were well organized and easy to follow. Shipping the samples was incredibly simple with the prepaid UPS 2nd Day Air mailer. Once our vet prepared the serum samples, I was able to take them straight to UPS without having to figure out the shipping myself. We’re so glad we found Mokupet and would definitely recommend them to anyone preparing to travel to Hawai‘i with their pets!
