Since our kits are custom, we do not offer full refunds. However, you may request a partial refund within 30 days after receiving your FAVN Test Kit. Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed. Contact us at support@mokupet.com to submit your request.
Do not mail or return the FAVN Test Kit, even if it has not been used. For sanitation reasons, purchased kits cannot be accepted or reused. Please safely dispose of any unwanted kits.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for refund, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
